Plant for the production of alternative types of fuels, bioethanol

The complex support and execution of the whole turnkey project of a bioethanol plant from the design stage to commissioning, output to design parameters and after-sales service is offered. The advantage of this production is low energy consumption and non-waste (closed cycle). We offer: a complete set of necessary equipment (capacitive, column, heat exchange, pumping, pipelines and shut-off valves, measuring), process automation and software, installation supervision and installation, commissioning and personnel training. The technological scheme provides for the production of bioethanol from starch-containing and sugar-containing raw materials. The waste-free production scheme implies the production of high-protein feeds for animals and organic fertilizers in addition to fuel ethanol.
