Glandless pumps
Glandless pumps - these are circulation pumps used in hot water heating systems, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, as well as in industrial circulation systems.
Features of pumps with "wet rotor"
In glandless pumps, all parts that rotate inside the motor with a separating sleeve work in the pumped environment. They do not have the gland and mechanical seal used in conventional pumps for sealing shaft. Shaft bearings are lubricated and motor parts are cooled by the pumped medium.
The pump casing is made of cast iron, the impeller is made of technopolymer. The advantage of wet pumps rotor - in a low noise level during operation.
Glandless pumps, depending on the size and required output power of the pump, operate from a 1~230V or 3~400V three-phase current.
A mandatory requirement for the installation of pumps with a wet rotor is that their shaft must always be horizontal position.
