SQzyme FAL is a liquid, concentrated, mesophilic endo-alpha-amylase [EC3.2.1.] obtained by natural fermentation of the mushroom strain Aspergillus oryzae. SQzyme FAL-rapidly hydrolyzes the internal 1,4-D-glycosidic bonds of amylose and amylopectins to form maltose, maltotriose, glucose and other oligosaccharides. SQzyme FAL is widely used for liquefying starch wort to soluble dextrins and small amounts of maltose and glucose in the production of alcohol. STORAGE CONDITIONS AND DURATION SQzyme FAL should store in dry and a cool place.
