Overview
Drying line for distillery stillage 2.7-3.3 tons per hour of the finished product DDGS.
Initial raw material moisture content (cake): 63 ±1%; Raw material capacity (cake): 6.4 -8.0 t/h;
Humidity DDGS after drying: 10±1%; Output of the final product: 2.7-3.3 t/h;
Maximum inlet temperature: 600-700°C. Exhaust gas temperature: 70-80°C;
Temperature during drying: less than 65°C;
Basic equipment:
1. Drum dryer model DLJG 2912/3-1 set,
2. Auxiliary equipment for heat supply, drying, dust removal, conveyors and electrical controls;
Consumption of fuel pellets: 800 – 900 kg/h;
Total installed electric power: 238 kW/h; Rated electric power: 195±10 kW/h;
Required space for placing the drying line: 35m*12m*8m
Number of personnel for each shift: 2 apparatchiks.
