The welding machine for polyethylene pipes of the WM series is designed for butt welding of plastic pipes made of PE (PE), PP (PP) and PVDF (PVDF). Scope of application: all types of pipes and fittings made of PE, PP and PVDF are used in the transportation of drinking water, sewage, etc. Technical specifications and scope of delivery of WM: * HOUSING (CENTRALIZER) BUTT WELDING MACHINE The centralizer (positioner) has a reinforced structure, which ensures reliable fixation of pipes and connecting parts. In total, the centralizer of the WM apparatus includes 4 (four) clamps: 2 (two) fixed clamps + 2 (two) movable clamps, actuated by a manual gearbox located on the guides of the centralizer of the WM apparatus. * END DEVICE OF THE BUTT WELDING MACHINE WM The end face is equipped with a working position lock. The highly reliable fit of the end discs of the WM apparatus ensures the plane of the pipe end and the removal of chips outwards. * The UNIT WITH a MANUAL DRIVE of the WM welding machine is used to carry out the pressure process during welding of surfaces and their cooling. * HEATER OF THE WELDING MACHINE FOR BUTT WELDING WM Heating element with electronic thermostatic temperature controller and maintenance of the set operating temperature. The temperature of the working surface of the heating element / pancake / welding "mirror" is regulated in the range from 20 to 200 degrees Celsius.(20-200C). The temperature is distributed evenly over the entire surface of the heater. The surface of the heating element of the WM apparatus is covered with a special non-stick coating that prevents sticking. * CLAMPING ALUMINUM CAST INSERTS for each diameter The set consists of 8 (eight) half rings (reduction inserts). Adjustment of the locking force of the reduction cast clamping inserts (half-rings) is carried out using a threaded stud. The inserts do not slip.
