By design, these pumps are monoblock (the motor shaft is located directly in the pumping part) with one impeller. The pump connections are flanged according to the UNI EN 1092-2 standard. The electric motors of these pumps are standard asynchronous. The IR models have 2-pole electric motors (3000 rpm), the IR4P4 series has 4-pole motors (1500 rpm). Models up to 4 kW can be equipped with 220V electric motors. They are equipped with mechanical seals, which can be made of various materials on request (depends on the type of medium being pumped). Horizontal and vertical installation is possible (for vertical installation, the electric motor must be on top), but these conditions must be agreed with the specialists of the SAER plant.
SAER IR pumps are capable of pumping liquids from -15 to + 120C. They are capable of pumping slightly contaminated liquids, as well as chemical liquids that are neutral to the material of the pumping part. For more aggressive or food-grade media, the pumping part can be made of stainless steel. Ambient temperature no more than + 40C.
