Overview
Diaphragm pumps DP, with an innovative system of air separation, the geometry of the pump chambers and valve system, can pump a wide range of corrosive products (concentrated acids, alkalis, solvents, varnishes, adhesives, fluid from the presence of suspended particles up to 10 mm, abrasive products, etc.) with a viscosity of 6,000 to 55,000 SDRs.
Flow of membrane pumps DP is made of such materials as:
- RR: POLYPROPLENE (polypropylene);
- PB: FIBER POLYPROPLENE;
- PVDF: KYNAR (polivinilidendiftorid);
- AL: ALUMINUM (aluminum);
- DD: CAST IRON (iron);
- SC: AISI 316L (stainless steel);
- SS: AISI 316 (stainless steel).
Major work elements (membranes, ball valves, valve seat) are made of:
- S: SANTOPRENE (santopren);
- N: NEOPRENE (neoprene);
