The AQUA PS series pumps are plunger motor dosing pumps. Easy to use and requiring minimal maintenance, the PS series pumps are manufactured to high quality standards. The pumped medium is separated from the drive by a special seal. This protects it from the harmful effects of the pumped medium. The PS series pumps have a special “plunger pump” concept that ensures safe, leak-free operation: - no seal wear as with other standard plunger pumps; - no leakage after seal wear; - intelligent seal concept that works with the plunger and not around the plunger; Accuracy +/- 2% from 10% to 100% of the nominal flow. Standard micrometric manual adjustment, 1 mm per revolution. O- 100% adjustment during operation or standstill. The pumps can be made in the following materials: PVC pump head is ideal for: sulfuric acid, PAC, sodium hydroxide, aluminum chloride, detergents, hydrogen peroxide, acidic and neutral chemicals. PVDF pump head is ideal for: fluorides, chromium, sodium hypochlorite, neutral chemicals, acidic and strongly acidic chemicals. AISI 316L stainless steel pump head is ideal for: food and beverage industry, acetic acid, polyelectrolyte, nitric acid, alkaline and neutral chemicals.
