Overview

The drilling pump is used on drilling rigs, the main purpose of which is to circulate the drilling mud in the borehole. The high pressure generated by this pump is used for flushing. The main purpose of such a pump is to ensure the circulation of drilling mud and prevent it from settling during drilling, as well as to lift the drilled rock to the outside. The drill pump makes it easy to clean the bottom hole and borehole from rock.
Drilling pumps have a self-priming function. A drilling pump used for pumping fluid from wells is divided into screw, downhole and rod pumps. These units include cable lines and ground electrical equipment. The unit itself and the cable line are immersed in the well via tubing. Each design has its own strengths and weaknesses. The right choice ensures profitable use and operational efficiency.
The NB drilling pump has a pneumatic compensator located in the pump discharge system. This eliminates the irregularity of the fluid input at the pump outlet. Drilling pumps are very popular among customers due to their reliability, ease of maintenance and maintainability.
NB type pumps are driven, double-cylinder, double-acting pumps with a built-in gearbox. By changing the cylinder sleeves and adjusting the number of piston strokes, you can easily set the desired pressure mode.
