Overview
A milling mixer is used for mixing liquid components with the presence of solid soluble inclusions, for mixing liquids with a large difference in density and viscosity. The rotational speed of this type of mixers ranges from 500 to 1000 rpm. The working body is a disc with a large number of teeth (cutter), which, when rotating, exert strong dynamic pressure on the components to be mixed and solid inclusions in them, thereby achieving a homogeneous suspension or emulsion.
