Continuous screw press LIVERANI ENOPRESS/ECOPRESS 400, 5500-8000 kg/hour, 7.5 kW, 3-9 rpm, stainless steel

The ENOPRESS/ECOPRESS series of continuous single-screw presses from Italian manufacturer LIVERANI are suitable for pressing freshly harvested grapes, crushed grapes without stems and fermented skins, and are also used to extract juice or liquids from moist fibrous products. All models are powered by a three-phase electric motor. The screw rotation speed, achieved by means of a gearbox, ranges from 11 to 12 rpm for models 250 and 300, while for models 350 and 400, a speed variator further reduces the screw rotation from 3 to 9 rpm. All parts that come into contact with the product (cage cover, cage, screw conveyor, hopper) are made of stainless steel, with the exception of the screw and Maltese cross, which are made of acid-resistant bronze. The cage is made of longitudinal trapezoidal rods with a minimum gap of 0.5 mm. The pressure of the output husk mass is adjusted manually using a handwheel. All types of presses are manufactured in accordance with CE standards and are equipped with all necessary safety components and a control panel for emergency shutdown of the machine.
