Action: TEGAMYL BLHL dilutes gelatinized starch, and reduces viscosity due to the formation of water-soluble dextrins. These dextrins are then hydrolyzed to fermented carbohydrates under the action of saccharifying enzymes. Application: with periodic dilution, TEGAMYL BLNL is set to Mass at a temperature of 80-90 ° C. To dilute grain jams, ph adjustment is usually not required, but if the pH is low (5.6 or lower), the dilution temperature should not exceed 85 ° C.
