Solid fuel boiler Retra-3M is a structure made of durable sheet steel with a very developed heat receiving surface.
The boiler has a three-chamber structure. The first chamber (firebox) has a large volume, which allows you to maximize the period combustion of a single portion of fuel. As a result, after the heat, it does not require constant maintenance. The second the chamber performs the function of extracting heat from combustion products and has a large heat exchange surface. Third chamber intended for the accumulation of ash and combustion waste.
Design features
- the possibility of the formation of an "air cocoon" in the combustion chamber due to the regulation of air flows, allows you to achieve maximum heat transfer and significantly extend the combustion process;
- the possibility of combining direct-flow and pyrolysis combustion methods;
- possibility of cleaning the grates during combustion;
- the possibility of cleaning the air nozzles and air channels in the process of their contamination (removable air channels);
- system for cutting the air flow from below and cleaning the air diffusers;
- constipation of heat removal with flue gases, reaching their outlet temperature of 70 °C at a carrier temperature of system 50-70 °C.
Auger system for automated fuel supply
The auger automatic fuel supply system uses fuels of the type:
- sawdust;
- wood chips;
- husk;
- fine coal with a fraction of up to 15 mm.
It is additionally installed in boilers Retra-3M.
