FOODBOXER food diaphragm pumps have high performance, power and durability, which makes them suitable for pumping liquids with high viscosities up to 50,000 cP (at 20 °C) and those liquids containing suspended solids.


Food Pumps Foodboxer self-priming even at significant suction lift, when the pump is not overloaded, it is also possible to fine-tune the speed without loss of pressure, flow and pressure settings, the possibility of long-term operation without overload and damage.
A wide range of materials for component parts ensures full chemical compatibility with liquid and /or environment, taking into account the required temperature. Their device allows them to be used in harsh environments such as high humidity and explosive atmospheres (ATEX certification).

The main types of installation of Foodboxer diaphragm pumps
Diaphragm pumps must be bolted horizontally to the floor or to the holes provided for the shaft a heat exchanger located horizontally.
- reagent self-priming mode (max.viscosity 10000 cP at 20 °C);
- work as a barrel pump (max. viscosity 10,000 cP at 20 °C);
- positive suction lift of the reagent (max. viscosity 50,000 cP at 20 °C);
- full immersion in the pumped medium (max. viscosity 50,000 cP at 20 °C) on request;
