DEBEM vertical semi-submersible pumps
The IM series semi-submersible centrifugal pump is a vertical design designed for high efficiency pumping aggressive liquids, including those containing solid particles.
The vertical semi-submersible pump has a special design in which there are no internal mechanical seals (parts subject to rapid wear) and which ensures that accidentally spilled the liquid will drain back into the reservoir. Possibility of choice of materials and components of flow-through parts of the pump to ensure the most correct chemical compatibility with the fluid and /or environment in any operating temperature range.
Specifications

- replacement of the engine without dismantling the pump;
- completely dismantled.

- high performance: from 6 to 75 m³/hour;
- maximum length: 1250 mm;
- can be supplied without motor;
- ease of maintenance and replacement of component.
Installation of a vertical pump
The axis of IM vertical semi-submersible pumps must be exclusively vertical when installed; the pump must be immersed in a container.
Special devices must be used to prevent dry running, vortex formation and possible air suction.

Installation of a vertical pump
IM vertical semi-submersible pumps must only be operated submerged, with full filled with flow path; running the pump dry or air bubbles can damage inner sleeve!
