Ebara IDROGO
Borehole pumps EBARA of the IDROGO series. Multistage Submersible Centrifugal Electric Pumps diameter 5 "stainless steel AISI 304. Widely used to supply clean water from wells, pressure boosting, domestic, agricultural and industrial use.
Technical features
- Two mechanical seals with an intermediate oil chamber.
- Power cable H07RN-F 20 m long (5 m for IDROGO 40/06 M).
- Single-phase version with float switch (option A) on request.
- Three-phase version (230 V ± 10%, 50 Hz).
- Can be installed vertically or horizontally.
- Max. immersion depth: 2 m (with 5 m cable), 10 m (option A with 20 m cable), 17 m (with cable 20 m long).
- Outlet thread: G1.
- 2-pole asynchronous motor, self-ventilated and cooled by the pumped liquid.
- Insulation class: F.
- Protection class: IP68.
- Single-phase voltage, 230 V ± 10%, 50 Hz, three-phase voltage, 230/400 V ± 10%, 50 Hz.
- Built-in permanent capacitor, overheat and overload protection with return to working condition for single-phase motor.
Materials
- Outer casing, motor casing, casing cover, filter and retaining ring are AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Impellers, diffuser and spacer - technopolymer.
- Shaft - stainless steel AISI 431.
- Upper mechanical seal graphite/ceramic/NBR, lower mechanical seal SiC/graphite/NBR, lower mechanical seal made of SiC/graphite/NBR.
