Grundfos TP Glanded Pumps

Grundfos pumps of the TP, TPD series are designed specifically for pumping working fluids in circulation systems with a constant flow rate. For variable flow systems, models with TPE and TPED frequency converters are used. The standard sizes of these pumps are presented in single TP and double TPD versions.

Design and features

All pumps are centrifugal, single-stage and multi-row. The suction and pressure pipes for all models are located according to the in-line principle, that is, along a straight line of the pipeline. This solution reduces installation costs. The pump part and the electric motor are connected via a coupling, which facilitates dismantling and maintenance. In TPE and TPED models, the motors are equipped with frequency converters, which allows you to change the shaft speed to operate the pump at any point in its operating characteristic, limited by the minimum and maximum curves. To protect against corrosion, the surfaces of the body and head are coated with a galvanic layer.

If necessary, pumps can be manufactured in a special design according to the buyer's requirements.

A number of TP pumps are grouped into the following groups:

• TP series 100 with coupling or flange connections from Rp 1 (DN 25) to Rp1 1/4 (DN 32) and motors from 0.12 to 0.25 kW.
• TP series 200 with flange connections from DN 32 to DN 100 and motors from 0.12 to 2.2 kW.
• TP series 300 with flange connections from DN32 to DN 350 and motors from 0.25 to 315 kW for the 16 bar version and with flanges from DN 100 to DN 400 and motors from 5 to 630 kW for the 25 bar version.

A number of TPE Pumps are grouped into the following groups:

• TPE series 1000 without differential pressure sensor.
• TPE series 2000 with differential pressure sensor.
• TPE2 without pressure sensor and temperature sensor.
• TPE3 pressure sensor and temperature sensor.

Pumped liquids

Pumps of these series are designed for pumping clean, non-aggressive liquids without abrasive inclusions and fibers. Depending on the installed mechanical seal, the pumps can pump the following working fluids:

• water;
• antifreeze;
• synthetic oils;
• vegetable oils;
• cleaners;
• salt;
• alkalis.
