Monoblock liquid ring vacuum pumps GMVP

Liquid ring (liquid ring) pumps are referred to as suction pumps. Moving parts (axle and blades) are located eccentrically with respect to the pump casing (their geometric axes do not coincide). During rotation of the rotor, axle and blades, the liquid in the pump casing is forced outward by centrifugal force, forming a liquid ring on the surface of the housing wall. Thanks to the eccentric rotor arrangement, the spaces between the pump casing and the blades contain different amounts of fluid.
Upper spaces filled with liquid completely, and when the blade has cut half of a full turn, the liquid is displaced by gas. By As the rotation continues, the liquid displaces the gas through the outlet. This cycle is repeated for each blade, as a result, we have a constant and evenly functioning vacuum source.
