Double inlet pumps

Double-entry pump D, 1D and 2D is a centrifugal horizontal single-stage double-entry pump, designed for pumping water and chemically active non-toxic liquids with a density of up to 1100 kg/m³, kinematic viscosity up to 60•10-6 m²/s (60 cSt) and temperatures up to 368 K (95°C). The allowed content of solid inclusions is no more than 0.05% by weight, with a size of up to 0.2 mm and a microhardness of no more than 650 kgf/mm² (6.5 hPa).
A design feature of pumps D, 1D and 2D is a double-sided semi-spiral fluid supply to the impeller and a spiral outlet as regards the housing. The balance of axial forces is ensured by a double-entry impeller. An important point is the fact that due to the fact that the suction and pressure pipes are located in the lower part of the pump unit housing, it is possible to repair pumps without disconnecting the pipes and dismantling the engine.
Versions according to the material of the flow part (case parts/impeller): without designation - gray cast iron SCh 25, control panel - gray cast iron with anti-corrosion coating for the flow part of the body and cover; A - carbon steel (steel 25L), K - chromium-nickel steel 12Х18Н9Т; B - impeller made of bronze.

Shaft seal type: without designation - double oil seal, t - single mechanical seal. It is possible to install a double mechanical seal of the “tandem” type or a single mechanical seal with an auxiliary one.
Pumps D, 1D and 2D, due to the presence of a double-sided impeller, have good suction capacity and better cavitation characteristics, and this is a significant advantage for pumping and sewage stations. They have a wide range of applications, namely: water supply systems, heating pipelines, pumping stations of the first and second rises of urban, industrial and rural water supply, etc.
