Gear pumps

Depending on the speed and volume of the liquid in the chamber between the teeth, the pump performance is determined. Gear pumps are made of different materials of steel and alloys, depending on the purpose and characteristics.

Low-speed internal gearing pumps are generally preferred for shear-sensitive liquids such as food, paint, and soap. The higher speeds and smaller clearances of the external gear designs make them unsuitable for these applications. Internal gearing pumps are also preferred when hygiene is important due to their mechanical simplicity and the fact that they are easy to remove, clean and assemble.

Pumps for pumping oil products that do not contain mechanical inclusions and do not cause corrosion - paraffin, oil, fuel oil, oils, diesel fuel.
