Industrial hose peristaltic pumps
Peristaltic pumps have a number of advantages:
- There is no contact of the pumped medium with moving metal parts - the hose is the only part in contact with the pumped material.
- Peristaltic pumps have a self-suction function in suction-lift mode.
- The function of the volumetric pump is precise flow of material per revolution - dosing.
- Simple installation requirements, no risk of cavitation.
- Soft contact with the environment - does not mix or crush the material.

Operating principle of a peristaltic pump:
The rollers compress the walls of the hose, forming a plug, which moves along the hose as the rollers move, while the previously traversed section is straightened and liquid is drawn into the resulting vacuum.
The liquid will move along the hose until it is completely straightened, at this moment, to prevent the liquid from flowing back, a second roller begins to move along the hose, which acts in a similar way. In this case, the rollers, moving with the help of a special electric motor, create both the intake force and the output pressure of the pump.
The main advantage of peristaltic pumps is that the fluid being moved comes into contact only with the working tube, and not with the pump parts, which guarantees a long service life of the pump.
