WILO TOP-S Glandless Circulation Pumps
Wilo TOP-S circulating pumps with glandless rotor, with threaded or flange connection.
Circulation pumps Wilo TOP-S provide circulation of water in heating systems and hot water supply, as well as in floor heating systems.
Wilo TOP-S circulating pumps are very compact and lightweight, installed directly on the pipeline and work almost silently. Suitable for the systems of almost all private houses, do not require complex installation and have a long service life.
- Nominal size: R 1 to DN 100.
- The pumped-over medium: water and water-glycol mixture for heating systems.
- Working environment temperature: from -20 °С to + 130 °С.
- Working pressure: 6 and 10 bar.
- Design/execution:
- maintenance-free glandless pump;
- 3 rotation speed;
- resistant to blocking currents or built-in motor protection;
- heat insulating casing.
Application area
Heating systems of all types, closed cooling circuits, air conditioning systems, water circulation in systems heating and hot water supply.

Specifications
- Permissible temperature range from -20 °C up to +130 °C, briefly (2 h) up to +140 °C (TOP-S 25/13, 80/15, 80/20 and pumps with Wilo-Protect Module: -20 °C to +110 °C).
- Network connection:
- 1 ~ 230 V, 50 Hz (depending on type);
- 3 ~ 230 V, 50 Hz (optionally with switching plug);
- 3 ~ 400 V, 50 Hz.
- Protection class IP X4D.
- Threaded or flanged connection (depending on from type) Rp 1 to DN 100.
- Max. working pressure at standard version: 6/10 bar or 6 bar (special version: 10 bar or 16 bar).
Profitability
The pumps are equipped with thermal insulation (standard delivery), which reduces heat loss through the pump housing and the overall energy consumption of the heating system. Electronically controlled pumps save up to 50% energy by compared to conventional pumps, this is up to 8% of the total electricity consumption in the house.
