Surface pumps widely used in everyday life for supplying clean water from wells, wells, reservoirs and storage tanks in houses and cottages, for watering gardens and vegetable gardens, filling pools, irrigation systems and fountains and other household tasks.
Surface pumps are used for water supply, provided that the depth of the "water surface" is maximum 8 meters.
Surface pumps are outside the water source, respectively, water intake in them occurs through suction. As a rule, such units are used for water supply. Basically, they are of two types: vortex and centrifugal.
Surface pumps in industry are used for pumping clean, non-explosive liquids, not containing abrasive impurities and non-aggressive to the materials of which the pump is made.
