Liquid Surface Covering Ball
Liquid surface coating balls used for acid-based tank, which can prevent acid-base gas from leaking and evaporating, reduce environmental pollution, and save acid-base material.
Liquid surface coating ball is designed based on hollow ball. Compared with a hollow ball, a liquid surface coating ball has a rim around its surface. And the application temperature in the medium ranges from 60 ºC to 150 ºC.
According to the amount of surface to be used, the liquid surface coating beads are arranged in a natural order.
Usage
Liquid surface coating balls are mainly used to cover the upper surface of the liquid. In addition, the ball is used for the acid base tank, which can prevent acid-base gas from leaking and disappearing, reduce environmental pollution, and save acid-base material; used in demineralized water, which isolates water from air and reduces the effect of CO2, O2, dust and impurities on demineralized water, and ensures water quality.
The liquid surface coating ball is made of polypropylene (PP), there are two models of this product: I type float foam ball, II type hard core foam ball (energy saving ball).
