Plastic conjugate rings

Plastic conjugate ring, plastic irregular nozzle.

Plastic conjugated ring is a kind of irregular nozzle, further developed on the basis of cascade ring, combining the advantages of both types of irregular nozzle in the form of ring and saddle. It is widely used in bulk column, petroleum industry, chemical industry, alkali chloride industry, coal, gas industry and environmental protection etc.

The plastic conjugate ring is made from heat and chemical corrosion resistant plastics including polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF).

Features of the plastic conjugate ring:

Due to the structure of the ribs of the conjugate curve and the corresponding length, there is point contact between the nozzles and the column or nozzles, and they provide better hydrodynamics and mass transfer performance.

Application of a plastic conjugated ring:

Distillation, gas absorption, deabsorption system.
