Plastic Raschig rings

The plastic Raschig ring is the earliest product developed in the irregular nozzle. It has a simple shape with equal length in diameter and height, and provides a large surface area in the column volume for the interaction of liquid with gas or vapour.

Characteristics of plastic Raschig rings:

1. Low pressure drop, large empty space, large flow, high mass transfer efficiency, low energy consumption, etc.
2. Excellent distribution in the bulk column.
3. Widely used in separation and absorption processes, device pressure reduction, sulphur removal for your systems. Can easily extract ethylbenzene, toluene, trimenthypentane, etc.
