Mechanical seal R-1527

The mechanical seal R-1527 – is a single seal, unbalanced, with a strong central spring, depending on the direction of rotation of the shaft.

The mounting screws inserted into the spring shank simplify installation and additionally provide a more reliable fixation of the seal. Medium viscosity: 500 sP. DIN24960 standard. Available in the 1523, 1524, 1528, 1500 series.

Application: pumps E 13-10, IH, D-SUB, KSB, agitators Inoxpa LM. They are often used for completing industrial agitators, dispersants, pumps.

Type: Sealol type 1527, Flexibox R20, R50, Vulcan type 97, Nippon Pillar US-2, US-3, Eagle 15M5, 1505, Flowserve 240, Latty T400 seal.

Temperature: -20°~150°

Pressure: ≤1.0 MPa

Speed: ≤10 m/sec

Materials:

Rotary ring: SIC/TC;
Stationary ring: Carbon/SIC/TC;
Bellows: NBR/EPDM/VITON;
Spring: SS304;
Metal parts: SS304.
