Materials:

  • Rotary ring: Carbon/SIC/TC;
  • Stationary ring: SIC/TC;
  • Bellows: EPDM/VITON/Kalrez;
  • Spring: SS304 / SS316;
  • Metal parts: SS304 / SS316.

The cartridge seal R-CURC is single, with a spring–loaded rotating part, independent of the direction of rotation of the shaft. Construction:

  • with a spring-loaded rotating part where the springs do not come into contact with the product;
  • with a hydraulically unloaded self-aligning friction pair;
  • includes a graphite throttle ring, as well as channels for supplying and draining coolant. Placement is possible horizontally and vertically.

The following seal modifications are also available:

  • R-CRCO – with integrated lip seal, horizontal and vertical orientation;
  • R-CURE - with an auxiliary external friction pair, only for horizontal orientation.

Typ: AESSEAL CURC, AESSEAL CRCO, AESSEAL CURE.
