Centrifugal surface pumps CDX, 2CDX

Ebara CDX Series Single Impeller Centrifugal Pumps with hydraulic components made of stainless steel AISI 304 are used to build up pressure, water supply, filtration and irrigation, as well as in air conditioning systems, general water supply appointments, including moderately corrosive liquids.

CDX - with one impeller;
2CDX - with two impellers.

Technical features

CDX centrifugal surface pumps have the same functional and design features, differing only in: power, productivity, pressure, supply voltage, weight and dimensions. They are used to move water even when high temperatures;
Pumped liquid - clean water;
Maximum working pressure - 8 bar;
Maximum temperature of the pumped-over medium 110 °С;
Minimum temperature of the pumped-over medium -10 °С;
Impeller - closed, centrifugal type;
Inlet - G 1/4" (G 1/2" for CDX200);
Outlet - G 1".

Engine

Asynchronous 2-pole motor;
Insulation class - F;
Protection class - IP 55;
Frequency - 50Hz;
Voltage: single-phase version 230V ± 10%, three-phase version 230/400V ± 10%;
Installed automatic thermal protection for 1-phase version;
Cable gland size PG11-PG13.5.

Materials

Pump body made of stainless steel AISI 304;
Electric motor shaft made of stainless steel AISI 303;
Impeller made of stainless steel AISI 304;
Aluminum support and motor housing;
Mechanical seal - graphite/ceramic/NBR (for CDX version), graphite/ceramic/VITON (for version CDXH), SIC/SIC/VITON (optional).

Application

CDX centrifugal surface pumps designed to work with water or other fluids compatible with stainless steel in air conditioning systems, cold and hot water supply, for washing systems, for continuous irrigation, for washing meat, fish, vegetables, etc., for the assembly of automatic pumping stations.
