P plunger pumps are designed for dosing liquids. Manual setting of the plunger stroke length using eccentric.
- Productivity: 14 ÷ 1027 l/h.
- Pressure: 3 ÷ 20 bar.
Configurations
- Configuration AA - pump head - N/ST AISI 316L, plunger - N/ST AISI 316L.
- Configuration BA - pump head - PVC, plunger - CERAMIC.
- SA configuration - pump head - PVDF, plunger - CERAMICS.
- AP configuration - pump head and plunger - Н/СТ AISI 316L, seals - VITON (FPM).
Specifications
- Standard pump head material stainless steel AISI 316L (AA) or PVC (BA).
- Heads from other materials are available on request.
- Ball valves (single or double) designed for ease of maintenance with easy access.
- Standard connections - male thread.
- Flange connections are made to order.
- Plunger stuffing box material - Nitrile, Viton, on request - Teflon.
- High precision reciprocating pump plunger movement.
- High performance and back pressure.
- Manual adjustment of piston stroke length 0-20 mm.
- Various materials of the flowing part of the head, allow the pump to be used with various chemical reagents.
