Description/construction
Single-stage low-pressure centrifugal pump in "In-line" design, including
- sliding mechanical seal;
- flange connection;
- lantern with cooling fins;
- standard motor.

Application
WILO IPH-O is used for pumping heat transfer oil in closed circulation systems industrial use.
WILO IPH-W is used for pumping hot water without abrasive impurities in closed circulation industrial systems, district heating systems, closed heating systems and dr.
Pumps for hot and superheated water, thermal oil
Tsirkulyatsioony pump termomaslyannyh boilers. Maximum volume of consumption accounted for termomasel termomaslyannye boilers and systems using them. Thermal oil used in systems using high-temperature oil carrier. Use of thermal oil as heat transfer medium for heat energy in various industrial processes is more preferable to heat the steam so that it allows to obtain high temperatures at low pressures, which reduces the cost of equipment. Owing to its high flexibility of many industrial technologies developed in the past decade (eg.. the production of polyester resins, synthetic resins, thermoplastic material, etc.) using a thermal oil at temperatures even higher than 340 °C.
Applications thermo boilers:
- heating fuel oil storage tanks;
- receiving heat in the industry;
- the chemical reaction;
- drying installations;
- hot pressing;
- indirect steam production boilers thermo pumps for drying hardwood, grain, foodstuffs and feedstuffs.
Just as fuel for thermo boilers can be used elements of biomass - wood wastes (sawdust, shavings, wood chips, bark) of any moisture, wood pellets and pellets, peat, plant waste (buckwheat husks, bagasse and husks of seeds of sunflowers, vines hops and grapes flax capsule, straw and the like).
