Milk pumps



Milk pumps are designed for pumping water, wine, milk and products such as juices and concentrates, chemical and pharmaceutical products.
Specifications:
- performance: up to 220 m3/h;
- total head: up to 90 m;
- maximum liquid viscosity: 1000 SP;
- max. Ø Suspended solids: 55 mm.
Application
Milk pumps, pumps for the food industry are reliable, they are used in the food industry. The design of the pump allows you to pump liquids and mixtures (up to 1500 sP) or liquids with solid suspended particles (20% of solid particles) with a diameter of <30 mm. Basically, the design version with an external mechanical seal is used in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. This pump is also used with a mixer to mix powder with liquid (flour with water, powder with milk), so that no grains are formed.
The main indicator that is taken into account when choosing a pump is its sanitary and technical parameters. The pump has been tested and fully meets the requirements of EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group) “Report n. V6603". The pump has hygienic certificates.
Technical features

- Material of execution: stainless steel AISI 316, AISI 304.
- Impeller: open type with 3/4 blades Ø min. 115-Ø max. 230 mm.
- Clamp connections DIN 11851 (standard) clamp, available on request DIN 11864, etc.
- Electric motor: 2-4 poles/I.Cl. F-IP55-400V-690-3 phase-50 Hz.
