Food pumps for juice, concentrate
TS food pumps are designed for pumping milk and products such as wine, beer, water, juices and concentrates, chemical and pharmaceutical products.
Characteristics:
- аlow rate: up to 60 m³/h;
- рead: up to 60 m. Max.;
- diameter of solids: no solids allowed;
- max. admissible viscosity: 500 cP;
- working temperature: -20 °С to 120 °С.
Application
TS food pumps can be used in harsh operating conditions, taking into account the operating time (bearing really ensures uninterrupted operation of the pump 24/24 hours) and technical data (10 bar at max. operating pressure 21 bar).
The volute, impeller and front cover are manufactured with complete precision to the required diameter and thickness. In addition, the bearing guarantees a flawless and safe operation of the pump. These pumps are designed to operate in harsh conditions 24 hours a day.
Technical features
- Material: AISI 316L.
- Impeller: open, 6 blades, Ø 135-210 mm.
- Connections: DIN11851 (standard), GAS, SMS, etc. upon request.
- Electric motor: 2-4 poles.
- 2900-1450 rpm, 3 ~, 400 V, IP55, F.
- Shaft seal: front.
Additional equipment: protective cover for the electric motor, stand, trolley, inverter for control electric motor, explosion-proof design.
