Hermetic pumps
Hermetic pumps are a special type of pumping equipment, which is mostly used in the petrochemical, food and pharmaceutical industries for pumping toxic, flammable, aggressive liquids.
In the design of these pumps, as a rule, don't use mechanical seal. Tightness is achieved by separating the working and motor chambers with a sealed shell and special gaskets, the accuracy of the manufacture of mating parts, the use of plain bearings.
The flowing part of such pumps is made of stainless steel, special types of cast iron, plastic.
