Screw pumps are designed for pumping thick and viscous products. The working body is a screw with a large pitch, clamped in a rubber cage. The screw is driven, as a rule, by an electric motor through a step-down gearbox.

By varying the pitch of the screw, its diameter, the gear ratio of the gearbox and the materials from which the cage is made, this type of pump allows you to pump a wide range of products.

This type of pump is most widely used in the food and chemical industries. They pump sour cream, jams, cream, chocolate, Vaseline oil, distillery waste, oils, molasses, gel, detergents and much more.
