The Metal Super Raschig Ring ring design offers the optimum solution to the industry's need for a modern heavy duty nozzle. Unlike previous nozzle forms, the Super Raschig Ring avoids the droplet formation that is such a frequent obstacle accompanying heavy gas loads.
The Raschig Super Ring has more than 30% higher load capacity, nearly 70% lower pressure drop and a mass transfer efficiency that exceeds that of conventional metal nozzles by more than 10%.
