Wire mesh Demister Pad Mist Eliminators




A stainless steel drift eliminator is also referred to as a mesh mist eliminator.
The spacers for the drift eliminator are woven from multilayer interwoven mesh of different densities. Used in the column to separate the mist trapped in the gas to ensure filtration efficiency. Wire mesh drift eliminator, also known as wire mesh mist eliminator, is a kind of vapour liquid separation device. It is widely used in chemical, petroleum, medical, light, metallurgical and environmental protection industries.It is most commonly used to separate liquid droplets with a diameter larger than 3-5 microns in the separation column.
Use of a mesh mist eliminator: chemical, petroleum, sulphate, medical, light industry, metallurgy, engineering, construction, aviation, shipping and environmental protection.
Metal drift eliminator materials: stainless steel 304L, 316L, monel, nickel, etc.
Wire diameter: 0.08mm - 0.50mm, but 0.2mm -0.25mm are the most common wire diameter specifications.
Width: 40mm, 80mm, 150mm, 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1400mm, etc. Width less than 1000mm is the most common width and easy to manufacture. Also available on customers' request.
Application of metal drift eliminator: scrubbers, absorbers, distillation and rectification columns, evaporation and depressurisation units, knock-out drums, vacuum and compressed air systems, seawater desalination units, oil and emulsion mist separators.
