Floating bio-balls, PP ball is hollow.
Plastic floating bio-balls have high porosity, resistance to thermal and chemical corrosion, low pressure drop and mass transfer height. In addition, they are characterised by high flooding temperature, good liquid-vapour contact, good mass transfer and high efficiency. It is used at various average temperatures of 60-150 degrees centigrade. Plastic bio-ball is made of non-toxic polypropylene plastic artificially processed into the mesh pore structure of the biological filter ball. The outside is a mesh sphere and the inside is filled with other fillers.
The spheres provide maximum surface area with the highest possible air/water mixture. Cultivates nitrifying bacteria. Promotes gas exchange, increases dissolved oxygen levels and removes harmful gases. Balls will not clog with organic matter. Completely inert and will not leach. Balls clean, aerate and increase biological activity for superior water quality. The nozzle series is made of polypropylene material which is divided into inner and outer double-layered spheres, the outer part is a hollow sphere similar to a fish net and the inner part is similar to a spinning sphere. It mainly functions as a biofilm carrier and has the function of retaining suspended solids. It has strong bioadhesion, large specific surface area, high porosity, good chemical and biological stability, durability, no harmful substances, no secondary damage. Contamination, UV protection, anti-aging, strong hydrophilic properties, etc. D. During use, microorganisms are easy to generate, easy to replace, acid and alkali resistant, anti-aging, not affected by water flow, long service life, less residual sludge, easy to install.
