Plastic Heilex rings

Plastic ring Heilex, crown type Raschig ring, spiral crown type ring.

The saddle-shaped bores of the Heilex Ring in the main conical cylinder increase surface area and porosity and improve gas and fluid distribution in the sealing layer. Heilex plastic ring also called Raschig crown ring, plastic injection moulding is a new type of bore filling.

Heilex rings are uniquely configured so that in addition to high flow, low pressure drop, corrosion and impact resistance, and good performance, no influence of small and distribution of gas and liquid flow etc. will be invested between the filler and the wall. This nozzle is good for gas absorption, cooling and air purification.
