Low speed agitators
The classification of mixers by rotation speed is rather arbitrary. Low-speed mixers, as a rule, have a rotational speed of the working body up to 200 rpm.
Low-speed mixers are mainly made of blade, anchor (frame), cup. The main task of this type of agitator is mixing readily soluble components, maintaining solid particles in suspension, preventing sediment formation at the bottom of tanks, and improving heat transfer processes.
The working body is driven by an electric motor in a general industrial or explosion-proof design through a reduction gear (worm, planetary, etc.). The material of the active part is stainless steel.
