Vertical stirrers
Starch glue is widely used in the production of corrugated board, paper bags, packaging paper and similar products.
The main components for the preparation of this type of glue are native starch and swelling starch. In addition, soda ash, calcium hydroxide and other additives are added to the mixture, depending on the use of the glue itself.
The main stage in the preparation of the glue is the process of mixing dry powder of native starch and swelling starch with water at low speed.
The use of industrial stirrers of the ML type significantly speeds up and simplifies this process.
The ML type agitator is made of stainless steel and has a bottom support for unloading the bearing assembly. A single-stage worm gear motor is used as a drive, which significantly increases its reliability and maintainability.
