Before you start replacing spare parts in the pump, you need to rinse it by pumping cleaning liquid through it. The pump should also be checked for leaks every 40 hours of operation. All these manipulations must be carried out by specially trained specialists.

Plastic pumps with a magnetic coupling of the ADM series from AlphaDynamic (Greece) allow pumping aggressive media. At the same time, the absence of mechanical seals eliminates the slightest leakage of liquid. Housings and other pump parts are made of fluoroplastic (PVDF) or polypropylene to choose from. Pump pipes are threaded. High quality workmanship and European-made materials guarantee many years of reliable operation. The latest generation NdFeB (neodymium-iron-boron) magnetic coupling provides high efficiency comparable to that of conventional pumps with a mechanical connection between the pump and motor shafts. The magnetic coupling of this generation has a service life of several decades without loss of magnet power.

Polymer pump casings are manufactured using injection molding. Thus, the inner part of the housing has no seams, which increases the efficiency of the pump, reduces vibrations and possible contamination. The ergonomic design of the ADM pump housing makes it easy to wash them and replace bearings or impellers as they wear out. For the ADM series, these spare parts can be purchased separately from the pump as they fail.
