Mechanical seal R-102U
Multi-spring mechanical seal R-102U – single, unloaded, with an arbitrary direction of rotation.
The design with a lot of peripheral springs provides better control over the operation of the seal, because the springs fail in turn and it is possible to notice a small leak and change the seal in time. The springs do not transmit the shaft torque to the seal itself.
It is designed to work with mildly aggressive environments, fuels, water supply and heating systems, in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

Speed: ≤10 m/sec
Materials:
- Rotary ring: SIC/TC;
- Stationary ring: Carbon/SIC/TC;
- Bellows: EPDM/VITON;
- Spring: SS304/SS316;
- Metal parts: SS304/SS316.
