Mechanical seal R-202/R-208
The end seal R-202 / R-208 is a double seal, unbalanced, with a strong central spring, does not depend on the direction of rotation of the shaft. Ideal for working with toxic, abrasive and expensive media, often used in drainage pumps. Sealing fluid (often oil) is used to lubricate and cool sealing surfaces under pressure exceeding the pressure of the working medium by 0.1 ... 0.2 Mpa. In case of leakage, the barrier liquid penetrates into the product.
Application: pumps Pedrollo, Zenit, Ebara, Calpeda, PC (Aquaplanetcompany), Opera, Gnome, Speroni, DAB, Sprut, WQ.
Temperature: -20°~80°
Pressure: ≤0.16 MPa
Speed: ≤15 m/sec
Materials:
- Rotary ring: Carbon/SIC/TC;
- Stationary ring: Carbon/Ceramic/SIC/TC;
- Bellows: NBR/VITON;
- Spring: SS304/SS316;
- Metal parts: SS304/SS316.
