Mechanical seal R-6B
The mechanical seal (oil seal) of the R-6B motor pump is with a central single spring, unbalanced. Flexible elastomeric bellows compensates for the runout of the shaft and prevents premature wear. The movement of the seal during torsion is limited by a forced drive device with grooves to minimize twisting on the bellows.
Type: Flowserve 170, Sealol 7, US Seal B, John Crane 6A, Burgmann BT-A2, Vulcan 70/75, Roten 68, Aesseal B03/B03U, PacType 68.
Application: in water diesel and gasoline pumps for dirty and clean water, for example, Honda, Subaru, Banjo, Suzuki, Pacer Pumps, Sadko, Forte, Koshin, DaiShin.
Temperature: -40~205 °C
Pressure: ≤0.5 MPa
Speed: ≤5000 r/min
Materials:
- Rotary ring: CAR/SIC;
- Stationary ring: Ceramic/SIC;
- Bellows: NBR/HNBR/EPDM;
- Spring: SS304/SS316;
- Metal parts: SS304/SS316.
