Materials:
- Rotary ring: Carbon/SIC/TC;
- Stationary ring: SIC/TC;
- Bellows: EPDM/VITON/Kalrez;
- Spring: SS304 / SS316;
- Metal parts: SS304 / SS316.
The cartridge seal R-CURC is single, with a spring–loaded rotating part, independent of the direction of rotation of the shaft. Construction:
- with a spring-loaded rotating part where the springs do not come into contact with the product;
- with a hydraulically unloaded self-aligning friction pair;
- includes a graphite throttle ring, as well as channels for supplying and draining coolant. Placement is possible horizontally and vertically.
The following seal modifications are also available:
- R-CRCO – with integrated lip seal, horizontal and vertical orientation;
- R-CURE - with an auxiliary external friction pair, only for horizontal orientation.
Typ: AESSEAL CURC, AESSEAL CRCO, AESSEAL CURE.
