Double Seal Cartridge Type for R-MR35L-D Agitator is a ready-to-assemble unit.

Main characteristics of R-MR35L-D:

Shaft diameter: d1=35 ... 140 mm (500) (1.38" ... 5.51" (19.68"));
Temperature: t=-20+200 °C;
p1=vacuum ... 1.4 MPa (203 PSI);
p3=max 1.6 MPa (232 PSI);
Δ p3-p1=2 ... 10 bar (29 ... 145 PSI);
Speed: 10 m/s (33 ft/s);
Unloaded, does not depend on the direction of shaft rotation;
With integrated floating bearing;
Coolant circulation based on API 682 /ISO 21 049: Plan 52, Plan 53A, Plan 53C;
The counter ring is on the rotating product side and has a smooth surface, without dead zones where product can accumulate;
CIP/SIP (cleaning in place, sterilization in place) capability.

Application: mixers and reactors with top, side and bottom drive, for sticky, pasty and dry media in the chemical, plastics, paint and varnish, food and pharmaceutical industries.

Product options: MR333-D - without integrated floating bearing, sterile version, MR333L-D - sterile version with integrated bearing, HSMR...(L)-D - counter ring on the product side with hydrodynamic grooves. The seal is available for shaft diameters from 35 to 140 mm.
