Mechanical seal R-ZF

The R-ZF cartridge seal is a reliable, economical and durable seal designed specifically for the paper industry.

Of the features:

• does not require external cooling;
• single seal, with the use of sealing o-rings;
• the springs are securely isolated from the product, which prevents them from clogging;
• the seal has no moving parts on the shaft, so it can be installed directly on the shaft, without an additional sleeve;
• monolithic, non-pressed rubbing surfaces, low possibility of paper drying near friction pairs;
• when starting with high torque, a special design with a uniform distribution of loads and vibration damping prevents damage to the seal.
