Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pumps are used for pumping corrosive, toxic or flammable liquids as well as liquids containing particles.

Several magnets drive the pump, an external magnet located on the shaft transfers movement to the internal a magnet built into the impeller, which is hermetically sealed. The impeller is not attached to the pump shaft, therefore, there are no seals, which excludes leakage of the pumped liquid as a result of wear seals. The pump head consists of several components, thus simplifying maintenance. Standard pump materials are polypropylene (PP) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). These pumps cannot work dry. Pumping contaminated liquids will shorten the life of the pumps.

Various designs are possible: polypropylene (PP) - PVDF.

Working temperature: for PP (polypropylene) pumps - max. 80 °C, for PVDF - max. 90 °C.

Main characteristics:

• execution material: polypropylene, PVDF;
• positive suction head operation;
• the pumps are made without welded joints;
• consumption: from 6.5 to 35 m³ /hour.
• head: from 8.5 to 24 m.
• lightweight and easy to maintain;
• inexpensive spare parts;
• liquid leakage is excluded.

The DM series of magnetic drive centrifugal pumps consists of various models with capacities ranging from 5 l /min to 850 l /min and with a total head that ranges from 1.5m to 32m.
