Axial pumps
There are two main types of axial flow pumps: rigid-blade with blades fixed fixedly on the impeller hub, called propeller, and rotary-vane, equipped with a mechanism for changing the angle of inclination of the blades. Pumps of both types are usually built single-stage, less often two-stage.
